Global Technology Solutions (GTS) is a data labeling company. We provide various datasets, including image, video, and text datasets. In addition, we support machine learning projects across multiple industries.

We are looking for a Data Labeling Coordinator to categorize and manage content. In this role, you will contribute directly to the data labeling process. As a result, you will help make data usable for machine learning models.

You will work with images, advertisements, photographs, and other materials. Then, you will review the content and attach accurate tags. Therefore, strong attention to detail is essential.

Job description

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Source data providers and the costs for the data
• Source companies that provide data labeling services
• Work with AssemblyAI s research team to get data labeled for specific tasks
• Drive labeling workflows and projects success metrics and timeline
• Follow up with labeling providers to ensure progress is being made
• Work with a data scientists to ensure that the quality of the labeled data is high
• Ensure we can legally use data by working with AssemblyAI s leadership team and/or legal counsel
• Hire data scientists, QA personal, and whoever else necessary to achieve department goals

Requirements

• 2 years of experience managing labeling projects for machine learning, quality assurance, or similar
• Experience managing external partners and/or contracted workforces in a technical field
• Experience reading and writing technical documentation
• Experience communicating in person and virtually with global teams
• Experience building team reports
• Experience working with and communicating with technical teams
• Bachelor s degree or equivalent years of experience

Skills

• Strong communication skills are required for a data labeling coordinator to coordinate teams and vendors effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, continuously changing startup environment
