Job Summary:

Join our innovative team as an Audio Data Transcriptionist/Editor. In this role, you will convert audio recordings into clear and accurate text. You will use our web-based transcription tool to review and improve transcripts.

Additionally, you will refine content to ensure high quality and accuracy. Therefore, strong attention to detail is essential. This role is ideal for individuals who can work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

Core Responsibilities:

• Accurately transcribe audio data and ensure the transcription is error-free.
• Edit and correct transcriptions for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors.
• Efficiently manage transcription projects with minimal supervision.
• Conduct thorough internet research to verify information and ensure the accuracy of the transcribed content.
• Regularly check and respond to communications via email.

Essential Qualifications:

• Exceptional skills in written English, including usage, grammar, and punctuation.
• Proficient in computer word processing and capable of typing at a speed of no less than 75 words per minute.
• Demonstrable ability to conduct research using various internet resources.
• Self-starter with strong project management skills.
• Must have attained the age of 18 years or older for Audio Data Transcriptionist.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet applications.
• Advanced technical skills and familiarity with computer hardware and software.

Technical Requirements:

• Personal computer (PC or Mac) with a minimum 2.0GHz processor.
• At least 4GB of RAM and 5GB of available disk space.
• A high-speed internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download speed
• Consistent access to email for communication purposes.
